We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our efforts in targeting and acquiring partnerships with colleges and universities in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, target, and secure partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the specific challenges and needs of the education sector.
  • Presents our platform to academic decision-makers, highlighting its value proposition and potential to enhance student engagement and academic performance.
  • Negotiates terms and finalizes contracts to ensure a seamless handoff to the partnerships team for onboarding.
  • BUILDs and maintains long-term relationships with universities, adapting to their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or introducing new features and services.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of our platform within partnered institutions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of closing large deals with academic institutions and building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills to gather insights from data and market trends.
  • The ability to think strategically about growth opportunities while being hands-on in execution.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to maintaining and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Required Background
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
Relevant Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.
