Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting financial products and services to customers, identifying and qualifying leads, and building strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. They will also be proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude, able to handle objections and rejection professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer sales calls to promote financial products and services
- Identify and qualify leads, as well as educate customers about our offerings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum GPA of 3
