We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer sales calls to promote our financial products and services. You will identify and qualify leads, educate customers about our offerings, build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns, meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, collaborate with team members to achieve team goals, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, be proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude, and able to handle objections and rejection professionally. Additionally, basic knowledge of financial services and products is required.
