Audit Manager Job Description

Are you a skilled and experienced audit professional looking for a challenging role in the banking sector? As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading our audit team to ensure that our internal controls and processes are effective and efficient.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Audit Teams: Supervise and guide our audit team to conduct audits of our internal controls and processes.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks within our organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior management on audit findings and recommendations.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our organization is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8 years of experience in audit, preferably in the banking sector, with at least 4 years of experience at a managerial level.
  • Certifications: Chartered Accountant or CIA/CISA/CISM certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
