The primary objective of this role is to serve as a liaison between the IT department and the organization, ensuring that technology aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for IT-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in accordance with ITIL standards.
  • Manage and track IT incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide technical support for various systems, including Windows 10, Active Directory, Office365, Azure AD, and Mobile Device Management.
  • Maintain proactive monitoring of IT systems to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Contribute to IT security compliance by assisting in user onboarding/offboarding and adhering to security policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience working with a ticket management system for incident tracking and resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Knowledge and experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and bespoke systems.
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and resolve issues within SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work onsite from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
