Role Description:

The Marketing and Administrative Assistant will support our dynamic team in a remote work setting. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with excellent administrative skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling content for company websites and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and project updates.
  • Assist the CEO with daily operations, manage correspondence, and prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Oversee the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • Attention to detail and creativity are valued.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of graphic design software or web development is an asset.
