Business Analyst - Digital Experience Expert

Hiring for a leading bank. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the optimization of digital customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in UI/UX design for mobile banking applications. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing the user experience and refining customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance mobile banking app interfaces for an intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to refine customer journeys and improve digital banking experiences.
  • Ensure clear and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Leverage data insights to improve CX and address customer pain points.
  • Coordinate and analyze user testing with third-party vendors.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices to enhance digital banking experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications (preferably in banking/financial services).
  • Strong understanding of CX principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English & Urdu.
  • Experience with user testing & research methods.
