Job Summary:

  • A highly skilled BMS Engineer is required to carry out site assessments, design requirements, and installation of DDC panels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site assessments at client sites, including comprehensive HVAC evaluations.
  • Calculate BMS design needs such as points or I/O calculation, controller specifications, wiring diagrams or riser diagrams, and oversee the physical installation of DDC panels and integration of equipment with BMS.
  • Demonstrate operational knowledge of HVAC equipment, including TR calculations and system integration workflow.
  • Utilize third-party discovery tools like BDT, YABE & Cimetrics for operation.
  • Familiarity with BMS OEM software and relevant tools such as Schneider Ecostruxture & Workplace tech tool, Johnson Controls Metasys, Honeywell System Engineering tool is advantageous.
  • Install and troubleshoot BMS GUI/software, including BACnet objects and properties such as alarm classes, notifications, segmentation, BACnet routing & APDU segmentation.
  • Travel when necessary.
  • Knowledge of network and communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, Profibus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively, including remote work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of experience.
  • Ability to relocate to Islamabad, Pakistan.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification from BMS OEM.
  • Experience with automation, SCADA, and certification in related fields.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, BMS installation, and maintenance.
