About the Role:
A highly ambitious finance professional is sought to lead investment and M&A strategy for a rapidly expanding technology company. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping financial governance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Strategy & IPO Preparation: Develop long-term financial plans to ensure the company's readiness for an initial public offering (IPO).
  2. Market Research & Investment Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities, including emerging technologies, expansion markets, and strategic partnerships.
  3. Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and risk analysis for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
  4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize capital allocation to maintain financial stability and secure funding for future investments.
  5. Regulatory & Compliance Leadership: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and IPO requirements, collaborating with internal teams.
  6. Investor Relations: Support the CFO in investor engagements, preparing reports and financial disclosures aligned with public market expectations.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to synchronize financial and market strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:
  1. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
  2. Prior experience in a software services company is required.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, strategic forecasting, IPO readiness, and investment analysis is necessary.
  4. A proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, including deal structuring, financial due diligence, and post-merger integration.
  5. The ability to conduct market research and analyze investment opportunities for global expansion is crucial.
  6. Strong stakeholder management, investor relations, and strategic advisory skills are required.
  7. Fluency in English communication and the ability to present financial strategies to executives.
