Job Title: Head of Finance


Singaporean IT firm is expanding its team in Pakistan. This job requires a senior financial leader who can oversee all financial activities, manage budgets, and control costs company-wide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement smart financial strategies to boost profits and support the growth of the company.
  • Create strong risk management plans to protect the company's finances.
  • Improve financial processes to save time, cut risks, and boost efficiency.
  • Lead internal audits to ensure rules are followed and finances stay transparent.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial modeling, strategic financial planning, and analytical skills. They should also have excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, as well as strong leadership qualities able to mentor, build, and lead small finance teams.


This role involves working in a fast-paced startup environment with hands-on and proactive professionals. The successful candidate will be proficient in financial software and digital reporting tools and have high integrity and a commitment to transparency and ethical finance practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CA, ACCA, CFA, or CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 35 years in early to mid-stage startups.
