About the Role
- We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our hospitality sales efforts in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the market.
- Maintain and update action plans, providing regular reports on sales activities to drive business growth.
- Cultivate new corporate accounts and ensure inquiries convert to confirmed business through effective negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Implement sales strategies to meet assigned targets and maximize profitability through cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives.
- Prepare marketing, advertising, and sales plans, including annual budgets and strategies to increase organizational awareness and positive perception.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with 7-9 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Prior experience in negotiation, marketing analysis, relationship building, and planning is essential.
