Job Summary

As a Sales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated region through indirect sales channels. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with partners to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in the B2B conventional indirect sales channel.
  2. Manage Partnerships:
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with indirect sales partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
  4. Monitor Channel Performance:
  5. Lead and Mentor Sales Teams:
  6. Develop a High-Performance Culture:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in B2B sales management, preferably within the conventional indirect sales channel.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, channel management, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B Sales Management & Tech industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with B2B Products & Services sales tools or methodologies.
