Sales Performance Manager

The role of Sales Officer at APOLLO SPORTS involves driving sales growth and operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for comprehensive sales analysis and planning, setting seasonal and monthly targets, and monitoring progress across various departments and brands.
You will manage inventory and stock by ensuring proper product placement, clearing overstock, and maintaining updated pricing and promotions. Additionally, you will oversee sales force recruitment, training, and performance appraisals while enhancing the shop's ambiance and visual merchandising strategies.
The Sales Officer is also responsible for planning and executing advertising and promotions to meet sales goals, managing customer relationships to boost sales, and developing new sales channels through performance assessments and strategic planning.
This role requires a proven track record in Sales & Marketing, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
