UI/UX Design Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and outstanding UI/UX Designer to help build an ambitious SaaS platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviours, and motivations to inform design decisions.
  • Apply design guidelines and philosophy consistently.
  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use, incorporating well-known patterns.
  • Collaborate with the Design Systems team to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Promote user needs, maintaining a high bar for quality throughout the design process.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Key Skills:
  • User Research: Conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Information Architecture: Structuring and organizing content in a way that is logical and easy to navigate.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating low-fidelity sketches and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to visualize the design concept.
  • User Flow and Journey Mapping: Mapping out the steps a user takes to achieve a specific goal within a product.
  • Interaction Design: Designing how users interact with a product, including buttons, menus, and other interactive elements.
  • Usability Testing: Conducting tests to evaluate how easy and intuitive a design is for users.
  • Accessibility: Ensuring designs are inclusive and accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
  • Persona Creation: Developing user personas based on research to guide design decisions.
  • Content Strategy: Planning and designing the content that users will interact with.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving user experience challenges.
