Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to connect with UK restaurants, takeaways, and small businesses. As a key member of our team, you will introduce these businesses to our services (call handling, marketing, content creation, and more).

This is a B2B campaign with fixed UK business hours, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

  • Making outbound calls using a provided script and adapting it for improvements
  • Scraping data from Google Maps
  • Maintaining accurate records in sheets and CRM systems
  • Sharing screens via Zoom/Discord during shifts for smooth workflow
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Fluent English language skills (CEFR B2–C2 ideal)
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and rapport-building abilities
  • Punctual, reliable, and shift-committed individual
  • Technical skills: data scraping, Excel/Google Sheets management, and CRM knowledge
