Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion and adoption of software and services, while maintaining customer health throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote information sharing and community building.
  2. Pursue initiatives that enhance the customer experience, both low-touch and high-touch.
  3. Support the sales team in driving renewals and managing customer relationships.
  4. Maintain customer health by introducing relevant features throughout the customer journey.
  5. Ensure timely collections from customers.
  6. Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, from technical evaluation to implementation.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in customer success or customer service roles.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) required; Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  3. Passion for data-driven insights and fintech with attention to detail.
