We are looking for an experienced Arabic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at HRSG. As a key member of our banking industry support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Arabic-speaking customers.

In this role, you will promote customer satisfaction, support business goals, and act as a customer advocate while maintaining high service standards.

  4. Represent the voice of Arabic-speaking customers to suggest improvements in services or products.
  5. Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service metrics.
