Technical Lead Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Lead to spearhead our international project. The successful candidate will lead a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art control and automation solutions.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Additionally, the Technical Lead will provide technical direction and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement control and automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members.
  • Design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for various industries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of practical experience working as Automation Engineer/Lead Engineer delivering to Process Control System requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good knowledge of process control automation system functions and applications.
