Accounting and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our financial operations as an Accountant & Admin Officer. This entry-level role combines accounting and administrative responsibilities, ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of professional experience in finance or administration.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be capable of handling administrative tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices, tracking payments, and addressing discrepancies.
- Enter financial transactions into the ERP system and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
- Provide general office administration, including handling office supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Organize and maintain files and documents, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to various teams as needed, ensuring efficient operations across departments.
