Drive Financial Growth as a Senior FP&A Analyst

We're seeking a seasoned Senior FP&A Analyst to spearhead financial planning, budgeting, and decision-making for our business. As a vital member of our finance team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that shape our strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for merging deep analysis with strategic decision-making.

The role involves:
  • Leading the development and execution of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning models.
  • Providing regular financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and financial performance reviews.
  • Partnering with the team to drive fleet and pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and utilization optimization.
  • Assisting in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing comprehensive financial models to track and measure business performance.
  • Analyzing cash flow, balance sheet, and other financial metrics to ensure optimal resource allocation and decision-making.
  • Assisting in preparing materials for board meetings, fundraising initiatives, and investor updates.
  • Developing ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support the CFO.
  • Continuously improving and streamlining financial processes, reporting systems, and tools to enhance decision-making capabilities across the organization.
The position is a direct report to the company's Chief Financial Officer.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial planning software or Microsoft Business Intelligence is a plus.
  • Basic SQL skills.
  • Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Experience with revenue modeling, expense forecasting, and cash flow management in high-growth companies.
  • Critical thinking, ability to speak up opinion in a constructive manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
