Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.

  1. The CFO will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies that support our business objectives.
  2. They will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  3. Ensuring compliance with local regulations and accounting standards is crucial.
  4. The successful candidate will manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
  5. They will analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. The CFO will lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  7. Monitoring financial risks and implementing risk management strategies is essential.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Chief Financial Officer, you will need:

  • A Full-time Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICMAP or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards in Pakistan.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to lead finance teams and manage complex financial operations.
