About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects assigned by the Director, related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests. This role involves coordinating calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Director and business partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Director, involving diverse activities and relationships.
- Coordinate calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Director and business partners.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the Director's preparation for meetings, presentations, or other engagements.
- Perform administrative and functional tasks, including but not limited to:
- Taking phone calls and responding to messages.
- Maintaining personal and business files and records.
- Corporate record keeping for multiple entities.
- Note taking and creating documentation.
- Filing, storage, and retrieval of business and personal activities.
- Handle financial and accounting matters with confidentiality.
- Prepare and send business correspondence.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with executives is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
