We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring seamless administrative operations, and providing exceptional support to team members.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain digital and physical data records with precision
  • Manage attendance sheets efficiently
  • Screen resumes for new opportunities
  • Oversee all administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies stock levels
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for administrative functions
  • An intermediate level of education (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience in a relevant field (6-8 months) is desired, but freshers are also encouraged to apply
