
Senior Sales Growth Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the Sales team and coach/training them to meet sales targets. Your primary responsibilities include understanding and communicating clients' requirements, providing leadership and guidance, ensuring the team is equipped to market properties, following up with clients for evolving requirements, and maintaining good relationships and seeking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead Salesforce while ensuring teams are coached, trained, and have the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
- Understand clients' requirements and effectively communicate them to the sales team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure they are meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units and that the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively demonstrate and market properties to potential buyers.
- Follow up with clients to understand evolving changes in requirements, and to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain a good relationship with the clients, and actively seek out new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
Requirements:
- A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- A passion for sales and a commitment to excellence, team building, and customer service.
- 6-10 years of experience in sales, with prior experience in managing teams being preferable.
