Job Title: Sales Performance Lead

Torque360 seeks an experienced sales professional to lead our inbound and outbound sales teams, driving performance and achieving ambitious growth targets. This role is pivotal in setting standards and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets by developing effective strategies and providing guidance.
  2. Sales & Product Training: Develop training programs to keep the team updated on the latest product offerings, sales techniques, and industry trends, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  3. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals by focusing on outbound lead generation and conversion, and implementing strategies to drive new business.
  4. Outbound Sales Strategy: Drive new business using outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing strategies to convert leads into customers.
  5. Sales Efficiency: Optimize pipeline management, lead tracking, and sales efficiency using CRM software and sales tools, ensuring a streamlined sales process.
  6. Client Engagement: Participate in demo calls and handle escalations to support closing deals and customer retention, building strong relationships with clients.
  7. Reporting & Funnel Management: Provide detailed reporting on the sales pipeline, managing the full funnel from lead generation to conversion, and liaising between marketing and customer success.
  8. Growth Metrics: Drive 15% to 25% quarterly growth through outbound efforts, ensuring consistent sales yield and efficiency increase.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Sales Techniques: Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, cold calling, and closing strategies, enabling effective lead conversion and customer acquisition.
  3. CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales tools to manage pipelines and generate reports.
  4. Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze data and report on sales performance, including the full sales funnel, to inform business decisions.
  5. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle escalations and lead demos effectively.
  6. Adaptable & Strategic: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies to achieve sales goals.
