About the role: QuickBooks Expert / Finance Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, customer-oriented QuickBooks expert to provide real-time support to clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO), addressing their accounting and bookkeeping concerns, offering guidance on best practices, and delivering insightful financial consulting.

This position is client-facing and requires strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting workflows, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients solve financial challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide live support to clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  2. Resolve accounting and bookkeeping queries in real time.
  3. Guide users through accounting best practices and software features.
  4. Assist with account setup, reconciliation, reporting, and other QBO functions.
  5. Deliver expert consulting on accounting processes and financial data interpretation.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial consulting.
  2. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and workflows.
  4. Experience in client support or customer service is a plus.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Ability to manage multiple client sessions and prioritize effectively.
  8. Relevant certification in QuickBooks or accounting (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor, CPA) is preferred.
