Administrative Support Role

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing supplies, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling appointments and booking meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Source and procure goods and services from reputable vendors.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for business purposes.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external events, including conferences and workshops.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
