Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our programme's teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and maintain programme documentation, ensuring all records are current and compliant with internal and donor requirements.
  • Assist the Programmes Managers with scheduling, correspondence, and calendar management related to programme activities.
  • Coordinate and implement various programme activities, including WASH, Health, FSL, Education, Orphan Sponsorship, and Emergency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in an administrative or programmes support role.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
