
Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
The successful candidate will handle general office administration, including document management, record-keeping, and correspondence. They will coordinate office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities, as well as assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities include maintaining and updating company databases, files, and records, supporting HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and documentation. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with government regulations and manage office facilities and liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords.

Requirements & Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Admin Officer or Office Administrator, is essential. Strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary. The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
