Data Scientist II: Optimizing Customer Interactions

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions that enhance customer experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies that optimize agent and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Perform statistical inference on large datasets to inform business decisions and drive actions.
  • Problem-Solving: Drill down on results, conduct custom analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Predictive Modeling: Build predictive models to optimize agent and customer interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data analytics and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Adaptability: Adapt theoretical concepts and standardized techniques to real-world problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
  • Technical Skills: Programming experience in one or more languages (R/Python/Julia/SQL).
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, experience with statistics, machine learning, linear programming, or mathematical optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Critical Thinking: Excellent skills at distilling complex scenarios into tractable models.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in R and Python.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and processing large datasets.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage time independently and take projects to completion.
