Job Opportunity: Educational Support Specialist

Pak Alliance for Maths and Science is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting learning and cognitive abilities in Pakistani children. As an Associate Learning, you will be part of our team that provides technical support to federal and provincial education departments, donor agencies, and partner organizations.

The selected candidate will work with the STEAM Policy Unit, Punjab, and collaborate with teams responsible for program delivery, learning, communication, and outreach.

  1. Review school STEAM activity reports and provide constructive feedback.
  2. Manage school registrations and maintain accurate records.
  3. Coordinate with partner organizations, schools, and government stakeholders for smooth program implementation.
  4. Organize orientation sessions, refresher trainings, and provide help desk support for schools and teachers.
  5. Identify and implement ways to recognize teachers and schools engaged in the program.
  6. Design and improve math, science, and art learning activities; develop text and video classroom guides.
  7. Pilot new ideas to enhance teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
  8. Conduct school visits and schedule regular follow-ups to monitor program progress.
  9. Analyze challenges faced by low-performing schools and develop strategies to improve their engagement and performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
