As a Sales Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction. You will develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn, provide tailored solutions to address customer concerns, and foster loyalty.

- Analysis: Maintain accurate customer records and analyze retention trends.
Requirements:
We require a proven track record in sales, customer service, or retention-focused roles. You must have strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build lasting customer relationships and problem-solve effectively is also essential. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are necessary for success in this role.
