Lead Generator and Customer Acquisition Specialist Job Description

At a leading packaging firm, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to expand our client base in the US market.

The ideal candidate is skilled in finding new business opportunities independently and converting them into loyal customers for custom box packaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct research on potential businesses across the US with packaging needs through online platforms, directories, and databases.
  2. Initiate calls with businesses to pitch our custom box packaging services, building interest and rapport.
  3. Establish strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by providing solutions that align with their packaging requirements.
  4. Track and manage leads and follow-ups using a CRM system, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through until orders are secured.
  5. Drive efforts to close deals and secure packaging orders by understanding customer needs and conveying the value of our offerings.
  6. Stay updated on packaging trends and competitor offerings to better position us within the market.
Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional native verbal and written American English communication skills, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation, preferably within the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales sector.
  3. Strong research skills with the ability to find and qualify leads independently.
  4. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
  5. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
  6. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  7. Ability to close sales.
Requirements:
  • Native American English language proficiency.
  • Experience in sales call centers.
