Senior Executive Sought for Business Growth

This is a strategic leadership role that will drive the growth of key product lines with both local and global impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the long-term business strategy for Ancillary, Local Rock Phosphate, and ANFO/ANPP segments.
  • Drive commercialization and market expansion of ANFO/ANPP domestically and internationally.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with international organizations through joint ventures.
  • Oversee sales, marketing, pricing, distribution, and demand planning across multiple product segments.
  • Ensure profitability targets are consistently met while maintaining full P&L accountability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers in mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulatory authorities including the Department of Explosives.
  • Provide strategic reporting, risk management, and governance oversight to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams focusing on succession planning and capability building.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Pakistani national or overseas Pakistani citizen
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in business development, commercialization, or general management within chemical, industrial, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated success in market development, joint ventures, and P&L management
  • Strong leadership skills with proven success in strategic planning and execution
  • In-depth knowledge of ANFO/ANPP regulatory compliance and safety standards
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and international exposure
