Software Development Professional

We are seeking a talented Software Development Professional with expertise in ReactJS/Flutter to build advanced internet applications, design great APIs, and mentor junior developers.
About the Role- Perform moderately complex product design, systems analysis and programming activities requiring research.
- Cultivate engineering best practices within the team, and suggest implementation strategies for complex feature requests.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to estimate time required to complete work and provide quotes.
- Conduct unit testing (including mocking as needed) and integration testing on software.
- Mentor junior engineers, and define engineering standards.
- Adhere to industry policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences.
- At least 1 year of experience in ReactJS with strong emphasis on best practices.
- Experience with Agile development process and engineering best practices like continuous integration and unit testing.
- Understanding of performance and security issues, and their solutions when designing web-based applications.
- Excellent technical judgment to know when to use an off-the-shelf solution, and when to make a custom one.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- High energy level with strong motivation to meet delivery deadlines.

This role involves building advanced internet applications using ReactJS/Flutter, collaborating with other technical leaders to analyze complex feature requests, mentoring junior engineers, and adhering to industry policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in ReactJS, excellent technical judgment, and good verbal and written communication skills.
