Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by bridging the gap between business and technical stakeholders.

Job Description:

The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting requirements using appropriate techniques to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and captured. This includes coordinating project activities, facilitating communication between project stakeholders and the development team, and assessing the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.

Additionally, the Technical Business Analyst will stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and analyze their potential benefits to the business. They will also build and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders and follow agile principles throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include confidently participating in Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning sessions, leveraging communication skills to help translate between technical and business stakeholders, and working as part of a squad on individual and multiple projects, cross-functional systems, and teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Coordinator, or similar role in software development.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies, especially in the role of Business Analyst.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to push projects over the finish line.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
