Senior Supply Chain Operations Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Operations Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive the success of our global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee international warehouse operations in the UK, USA, and Europe to ensure seamless logistics and inventory management.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate global supply chain activities, including container movements across regions, to maintain efficient and cost-effective processes.
  • Logistics and Compliance: Handle all logistics, customer clearance, customs duties, taxation, and legal compliance to minimize risks and optimize operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, forecast demand, and plan stock requirements to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ecommerce Supply Chain Management: Manage ecommerce marketplace supply chains, logistics, and order processing for channels like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and others.
  • KPI Analysis: Understand and analyze ecommerce platform KPIs and warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Courier Order Processing: Manage global courier order processing in the UK, USA, and Europe to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
  1. Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, Business Process Re-engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience: 6-8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution with ecommerce focus, especially Amazon.
  3. Leadership Experience: 3-4 years in a senior leadership role with proven success in delivering supply chain outcomes.
  4. Skills: Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, systems, tools, and global trade laws.
