As a seasoned professional in the field of proposal management, you will play a crucial role in spearheading our organization's bid development process.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders. In addition, experience in proposal writing, business development enablement, or pre-sales (ideally in consulting, SaaS, or B2B services) is highly desirable.

Job Description

This role involves leading end-to-end development of client proposals, bids, tenders, RFIs, and RFP responses for regulated businesses such as financial institutions, fintech, crypto firms, and fund managers. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, relevant, and client-specific responses.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written English and business communication skills
  • Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
  • Experience handling RFPs from regulated industries (e.g., finance, fintech, crypto, DNFBPs) is a major plus
