Business Development and Lead Generation Manager

We are a rapidly expanding software development agency specializing in cutting-edge technologies. Our mission is to empower businesses with innovative web applications and intelligent automation systems.

The Business Development & Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and securing new projects through strategic partnerships and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and refine business development strategies accordingly.
  2. Lead Generation and Outreach: Engage with potential clients via social media, cold emails, and online platforms to generate leads for AI, automation, and web development projects.
  3. Proposal Writing and Bidding: Write persuasive proposals and bid strategically on freelance platforms to maximize project wins.
  4. Client Engagement and Deal Closing: Communicate with leads, understand their requirements, and close deals for our team.
  5. Social Media Growth and Branding: Build and maintain our agency's online presence to attract inbound leads through content and engagement.
  6. Crm and Sales Pipeline Management: Track, follow up, and nurture leads effectively using CRM tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in the IT/software industry.
  • Expertise in Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and freelance/job platforms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
  • Basic knowledge of web development, AI, and automation tools is a plus.
