Unlock Data-Driven Decision Making as a Senior Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Specialist to lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing predictive models that drive business growth and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Solutions Development: Design and implement data-driven analytics solutions to fuel business growth and optimize performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Media Investment Analysis: Apply expertise in media channels and associated performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Model Maintenance and Improvement: Lead the creation, maintenance, and improvement of marketing mix and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Project Execution: Analyze diverse datasets to develop industry-leading models and analyses, supporting end-to-end project execution from conception to delivery.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Campaign Performance Evaluation: Evaluate marketing campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for optimization.
  • Media Spend Analysis: Assess media investments, analyzing both spend and returns to inform strategic choices.
  • Data Framework Development: Develop robust data frameworks and analytical methodologies.
  • Statistical Modeling: Build, refine, and maintain advanced statistical models for marketing mix and attribution analysis.
  • Optimization Algorithm Development: Create optimization algorithms that leverage model outputs to drive subscriber acquisition and revenue growth.
  • User Lifecycle Forecasting: Forecast user lifecycle stages and predict key behaviors.
  • User Segmentation: Segment users based on viewing and engagement data to inform personalized marketing strategies.
  • Content ROI Analysis: Conduct ROI analyses for content assets, including entertainment, sports, and advertising properties.
  • Narrative Presentation: Translate complex analytics into compelling narratives and visualizations for executive audiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Quantitative Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as business analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, or industrial engineering; advanced degrees advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience developing data science and statistical models (e.g., multivariate regression, Markov chains, time series, causal inference).
  • Media Mix Modeling: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution.
  • Linear and Non-Linear Optimization: Proficiency in both linear and non-linear optimization techniques.
  • Programming Skills: Advanced skills in SQL and R; experience with RShiny app development desirable.
  • Databases: Familiarity with Ads Data Hub, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift beneficial.
  • Experimental Testing: Experience designing and evaluating experimental and incrementality tests.
  • Business Acumen: Strong Excel skills and solid understanding of media and advertising channels, including digital, display, and paid search.
  • Liderhip Skills: Demonstrated curiosity, leadership qualities, and business insight.
