Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and Respond to Security Incidents: Identify and respond to security threats in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  2. Implement Security Protocols: Develop and enforce security policies and standards across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Conduct Regular Security Audits: Perform regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, and implement measures to address these findings.
  4. Provide Security Training: Offer ongoing security training to employees to enhance their understanding of security best practices and reduce the risk of human error.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Security Threats: Continuously monitor emerging security threats and stay informed about the latest security technologies and trends.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
  2. Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security systems.
  3. Proven track record of responding to and resolving security incidents effectively.
  4. Strong knowledge of security frameworks and IT governance standards.
  5. Familiarity with risk management practices and threat assessment tools.
  6. Excellent communication skills for reporting security matters to non-technical staff.
