Delivery Leader for Large ERP and CRM Implementations

The role of Delivery Leader is a critical position responsible for managing and delivering the portfolio of large ERP and CRM implementations. The successful candidate will be accountable for the delivery quality and performance to budget for a portfolio of complex projects across various regions.

This role requires an experienced and highly dynamic leader who can ensure effective standards, processes, and tools are in place to guarantee high-quality delivery. The goal is to ensure successful delivery of complex and large ERP and CRM implementations with a very high degree of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery team to achieve business objectives and manage the portfolio of large ERP and CRM projects.
  • Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Provide executive support to key customers and drive business development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in services delivery organization, preferably in ERP and CRM implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects with high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required by the needs of our customers and business.

Qualifications:

  • Business applications domain expertise, preferably in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and SAP systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
