Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Odoo ERP Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP systems, with a deep understanding of business processes and module integrations. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, performance-oriented ERP solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and develop Odoo ERP modules including but not limited to: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, and HR.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and applications across Odoo versions (v13 and above).
  • Manage and optimize database performance using PostgreSQL.
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways with Odoo.
  • Perform end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
  • Oversee data migration and legacy system integration efforts.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and non-technical teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Odoo ERP development.
  • Strong command of Python, XML, and Odoo's ORM framework.
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization.
  • Good understanding of Odoo architecture and module development (both community and enterprise editions).
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end customization.
  • Experience in developing custom modules and upgrading existing ones.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code.
  • Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Odoo Certification (Developer/Functional) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Odoo.sh, Odoo Cloud, or SaaS-based deployments.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Past experience implementing ERP solutions for SMEs or large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
