Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to engage potential healthcare clients.

Your primary goal will be to qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our senior sales team. You will work closely with marketing and operations to align outreach strategies and meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting and outreach goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage potential healthcare clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of healthcare practices to position our solutions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align outreach strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 1–2 years of B2B sales or appointment setting experience, preferably in the U.S. healthcare sector or medical billing. You should also possess strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English.
