Full-Stack Salesforce Integration Developer

Build and integrate scalable APIs, UI components, and data storage solutions for an intelligent opportunity matching system.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team in building an innovative opportunity matching platform. Your expertise in integrating Salesforce with dynamic relevance scoring, web scraping ingestion flows, and API security will be key to this project's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Node.js or Python.
  • Integrate Salesforce via REST APIs and create UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Implement dynamic relevance scoring storage and retrieval using AI logic integration.
  • Develop web scraping ingestion flows using Scrapy or Puppeteer to enrich company profiles.
  • Manage database schemas, relations, and indexing using PostgreSQL.
  • Create role-based dashboards for advisors and admins to view matches, logs, and settings.
  • Handle logging, job queues, and data freshness via cron jobs or AWS Lambda tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-stack or backend development experience.
  • Strong experience integrating with Salesforce APIs and building LWC-based UIs.
  • Comfortable working with unstructured data ingestion from external websites.
  • Solid understanding of API security, access control, and system performance optimization.
  • Proficient in Git-based workflows and agile sprint development.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with job scheduling and task queues (e.g., Celery, Bull).
  • Background in financial or B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Heroku/AWS DevOps or Salesforce AppExchange deployments.
