Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Relations Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times, ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with care and attention to detail. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and provide feedback to management for service improvement.

As a key member of our front desk team, the Guest Relations Officer will play a critical role in ensuring that all guest requests are met efficiently and effectively. This includes handling inquiries, processing guest requests, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services.
  • Maintain a log of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff ensuring smooth operations.
  • Receiving incoming mail and promptly distributing it to the relevant receiver.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of both incoming and outgoing emails.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for any activities related to the overall administration of the office.
