Job Overview

The role of the Sr. Project Manager is to oversee various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine operational objectives by analyzing business requirements and evaluating output needs.
  • Establish realistic project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure teams have necessary product and technical specifications.
  • Define project milestones, phases, and elements to guide project progress.
  • Develop leadership skills to effectively coordinate software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes according to release schedules.
  • Create a software development plan that meets future client needs and market demands using state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Foster collaboration with clients to meet their business requirements and implement project plans efficiently.
  • Coordinate release and sprint planning activities.
  • Conduct daily scrum meetings to facilitate team communication and progress monitoring.
  • Provide support in resolving both technical issues and human resource challenges faced by developers.
  • Offer guidance and leadership to help team members reach their full potential and achieve career growth.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing collected information for informed decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications

This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, web project management, and software lifecycle management.

A deep understanding of distributed teams, software research, cost estimation, and process management is also essential.

Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
