Client interaction, business analysis, requirement gathering, requirement design, SRS.
Managing the development process and delivery of software applications.
Coordinating with project team and software developers to ensure project development is on schedule and accurate.
Following software development processes and methodologies.
Project scheduling, progress monitoring, scope management, change management, and supervision of project leads.
Chair the weekly status meetings, track action items, and update on the progress.
Develop and analyze status reports, answer client/customer queries, and develop presentations for internal and external discussions.
Lead a team of project coordinators to ensure successful completion of tasks and timely submission of project deliverables.

Job Specification

This position requires a senior .NET Developer with extensive experience and a strong understanding of C#, ASP .Net, WCF, AJAX, and related .NET technologies.
Must have project management experience.
The successful applicant will lead a team producing distributed webshop applications. Experience developing web-based online shops using C#. Implementing design patterns, estimating development status within the team, and documenting coding and design activities.
Expert level experience with C# and the .NET framework (including 3.5).
Good database development experience with SQL Server 2005 and 2008.
Prior Senior Developer experience.
Must be able to work to strict deadlines and be self-motivated.
Experience with SOA, SEO, E-Commerce, API, and Web Services is desirable.
