Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sales Development Representative to identify, research, and engage with new repair shops that could benefit from our software.

This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building meaningful relationships with shop owners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting daily to identify potential customers and researching their needs.
  • Reaching out via cold calls, emails, and other channels to start conversations and qualify leads.
  • Booking product demos for the sales team and maintaining clean records of outreach and results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of SDR or sales experience (SaaS, tech, or B2B preferred).
  • Comfortable cold calling and emailing, and able to handle rejection with poise.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to craft clear, sharp outreach messages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with shop owners and staff.
