We are seeking a customer service professional to support our clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and sales support to clients
  • Identify and address client needs and concerns
  • Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and concerns
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; associate's degree may be considered
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
